If you or your dog aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of clean, hair-free items in original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to generate a return shipping label.

  Prepare Package

  Ensure the item is clean and includes all original tags. Place it in the original shipping box or a similar mailer.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the provided prepaid shipping label.

  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
